A project I’m building with a friend to foster community in the heart of the Ribeira Sacra. Inspired by the way roots spread in all directions, Rizoma is a horizontal coworking and cultural hub for remote workers, creatives, and nomads to share more than just a desk. Beyond the workspace and (future) podcast recording studio, it’s a living ecosystem for workshops, film nights, writing circles, and community-led events designed to help people truly take root and connect.

Linguas Tecidas
Free Language Exchange Initiative
Linguas Tecidas is located in Monforte de Lemos. We gather informally to practice Spanish, English, Galician, and other languages. Our focus is on creating a friendly, welcoming space for learners of all levels, celebrating the linguistic diversity of our community and comarca, and supporting social integration through shared conversation. Our meetups and events bring locals and newcomers together to learn from one another in a relaxed, unstructured setting. Everyone is welcome.
